We skipped last week’s photo challenge which feature Summer since I was in the thick of things with the recently-concluded Asian Festival of Children’s Content here in Singapore (see my posts about the AFCC here and here). Now that I am able to catch my breath, I am excited to join this week’s photo challenge which feature Today.
Singapura on a Sunday
It is Sunday in my part of the world now. After attending our church service, we usually head off to Bras Basah where I geek out in my favorite discounted bookstore. Here are a few photos that I took while walking around.
“All truly great thoughts are conceived while walking.”
― Friedrich Nietzsche, Twilight of the Idols
“Home is everything you can walk to.”
― Jerry Spinelli, Stargirl
“The stones were sharp,
The wind came at my back;
Walking along the highway,
Mincing like a cat.”
― Theodore Roethke

I like the old-fashioned, washed out look you have used on those images…
I agree with Mike about the look being great
